RemovalSunday Sept 18th until 7:00 PM.  9:00AM till 5:00PM Monday thru Friday September 19th thru 23rd BY APPOINTMENT ONLY FOR LARGE ITEMS.

Payment=Cash or Certified funds.  Business Checks accepted when accompanied by a Current Bank Letter of Guarantee which guarantees a specific spending limit against a specific account number.  Bank Leters of Guarantee should be presented on Friday September 16th or faxed 24 hours in advance of auction to 703-966-8422.  Approved checks shall be made payable to: Kevin R. Removal-Rigging of all items  must be done in a professional manner and is the sole resposnsibility of the High Bidder.  No Forklift is available  on site.  Riggers must be licensed and insured.  Rigging services are available locally thru Virginia Riggers Located in Winchester Va.  Contact Rick Shoup VP of Opeations at 540-662-6053 for quotations.  Building will be available from September 19th thru 23rd by appointment only for removal of large items.
